Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This policy describes how Selvek LLC ("Lumivio", "we") handles personal data in connection with this website and the Lumivio platform. Lumivio is a business service aimed at ISPs and telecommunications operators.

1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected through this website is Selvek LLC. You can contact us at the email address shown in the contact section.

2. Data we collect on this website

Contact form: name, email, company, country, approximate size of the operation and the message you send us. We use them exclusively to respond to your request and prepare a commercial proposal.

Technical data: our web server logs IP addresses, user agent and requested pages for security and diagnostic purposes. This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.

3. Data processed in the Lumivio platform

When an ISP uses the platform, Lumivio processes on that ISP's behalf the data needed to operate its television service: subscriber data entered by the ISP (name, email, phone, notes), device identifiers, IP addresses, application versions, playback session records and, if the ISP enables it, technical application logs.

In that relationship the ISP acts as data controller and Lumivio as processor. Processing is governed by the service agreement signed with each ISP.

4. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to respond to commercial requests (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps), to provide and protect the contracted service (performance of a contract), to ensure platform security (legitimate interest) and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Retention

Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, where applicable, the subsequent business relationship. Platform data is kept for the duration of the agreement with the ISP and according to its instructions, and is deleted or returned on termination.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not sell personal data. We may rely on infrastructure and technical service providers needed to operate the platform (hosting, certificates, bot protection, programme-guide and metadata sources), subject to confidentiality obligations.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, per-ISP data isolation, role-based access control, encrypted backups and logging of administrative activity.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection regarding the processing of your data, as well as portability, by writing to the contact address. If you are a subscriber of an ISP that uses Lumivio, address your request to your ISP, which is the controller of your data; we will cooperate with them to handle it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
